NSW: Jarryd Hayne, Brett Morris, Michael Jennings, Josh Morris, Blake Ferguson, James Maloney, Mitchell Pearce, Paul Gallen, Robbie Farah, James Tamou, Ryan Hoffman, Luke Lewis, Greg Bird, Kurt Gidley, Anthony Watmough, Andrew Fifita, Trent Merrin.

QLD: Billy Slater, Darius Boyd, Greg Inglis, Justin Hodges, Brent Tate, Johnathan Thurston, Cooper Cronk, Matt Scott, Cameron Smith (c), David Shillington, Nate Myles, Sam Thaiday, Ashley Harrison, Corey Parker, Matt Gillett, Ben Te’o, Chris McQueen, Daly Cherry-Evans, Josh Papalii (Justin O’Neill has been placed on stand-by for Darius Boyd).

First casualty is Gidley who's already ruled out with a foot injury - that should increase NSW chances already

Will it be GR8 M8, 8 M8 or will NSW finally get one up?

Haven't been on to put in my word yet...

It's a shame for me as a New South Welshman to have us lose for the eighth year in a row, however well done to Queensland, they played well and deserved it. It's good that the final game had a score as close as it was, which is good for competition. Hopefully NSW can finally break that streak next year.

Only because Queenslanders are that dumb they can not spell beer.

How's Mitchell going?

Oh how original. Did you think of that all by yourself.

Dumb hey. NSW could have done with some football brains in the last game..

Best thing in NSW??
The road to QLD

Queenslanders don't spell their beer, they prefer to drink it.

Yet another unintelligent post from you.

Is that the best you can do

Lucky Queenslanders can play football hey.

Let's not go there LG, I can already hear Col wheeling out his massive soapbox!

I thought the refs played no part in the outcome of last nights game at all, for once they did an excellent job I thought. Queensland won because they came up with the right plays at crucial times and NSW lack the strike power and composure in the halves to overcome the Queensland big four. This Queensland team is a truly outstanding unit and deserved to win last night. Next Year.........

Because it's the pinnacle of Rugby League.

Bet you didn't say that when QLD were staring down the barrel of four series loses in a row

Sensational game. Neither team deserved to lose that game, but unfortunately for NSW it was them

Summed up nicely Col. As a NSW fan it sucks, but QLD took that fair and square.

I thought the ref's also did a good job tonight too which always contributes to a good game.

Maybe next year.

Your kidding about the Ref's aren't you Muz???? Quite a few dodgy decisions over the whole series.

Sure we have seen some very dodgy work by ref's this season so far, but tonight was a far better performance from them.

Just a pity the bastards ruin a good game.
They should be just like women and children SEEN but not HEARD....

No offence to the women and children out there.
