Everyones talking about it so I thought I'd ask you guys.
Who do you guys think will be the next immortal?

REMEMBER: The voting is counted by what they do on the field not off it aswell.

I'm voting Andrew Johns.

Not just a drug cheat but a cheat that used performance enhacing drugs while playing, which is worse than if he was just a recreational drug user

It makes a mockery of the whole immortal thing in the first place.

Then again when i saw who the judges were, i knew straight away they pick that slimy bit of filth

Goey Johns is and was a blight on the game

Fully agree, all this says is you can get away with whatever you like, as long as you play good footy for the NSW State of Origin team. Mal never stood a chance

Sorry but won't congratulate a drug cheat...

Mal Meninga..?

The bloke who said "What has Rugby League ever done for me?" during the Super League war.

Only a mug would say that.

Honestly how can they immortalize a self confessed drug cheat.

Whether he was caught or not...
Legendary Gerry Posted - 26 Sep 2012 : 19:58:49
Apparently all the pundits and bookies are split with Mal and Johns.
For mine, Johns shouldn't even be considered in the first place.
Big Mal for me.

Ron Coote for myne, but it looks by that - Johns or Mal will win it.

Where's this race happening?

December at the Men of League Gala Dinner the week of the 2012 NRL Grand Final.

So what you have posted is just **** out of your head.

No it's not that's when it's announced!

And the two early favorites are Mal Meninga and Andrew Johns..

Right now, Meninga and Johns are shortest-priced for the gong, with St George legend Norm Provan and Coote in the mix. Others set to make the list include Peter Sterling, Alfie Langer, Ken Irvine and Steve Rogers.
