That Baltimore track has potential to create a Hamilton type snooze fest. Defenitly need to take that chicane out of the bumpy back streight. The race was great how the two different strategies played out near the end. No way did i think Will was going to come out back infront after the long yellow. I was telling the wife "He should pit now, take a risk" that was after all the others had pitted. How wrong i was. Couldn't belive the lap time difference between having fuel and not.

5 points now Im excited, its damn close and the Penske cars seem to be showing a abit more pace than a few rounds back. Hes just goto nail atleast one of these damn snooze fest ovals.

If Will doesn't win the CS i hope he goes down with RAGE!!!!!!!!!!

I love those kind of filthy street tracks - they are pure US Open wheel racing. You remember San Jose from a handful of years ago in Champ Car? they went over an actual raised railroad. and Houston had carparks. as does Vancouver. They are pure street tracks. None of the crappy Valencia or Singapore F1 type things.

Did you see the footage of the pickup truck speeding into a run off area going the wrong direction at one of the restarts!?!? that was horrific.

but yeah - Will Power, comeon baby! If he can win Motegi he should be able to fend him off on the last two ovals.

Some officials need a massive bollocking for allowing that to happen.
It wasn't a restart,it was the start of the race. That truck was going high speed to try and get off track.

But it's not really a big weakness - he won Texas this year don't forget. And Kentucky and Las Vegas are both flat out and high banked much the same as Texas is - he shouldn't have any difficulty doing well if the car is good.

With 2 of the remaining races being on ovals, and Dario having a lead over Will (as small as it is) I think Dario will win the championship again. But as I always say about racing, anything can happen. I hope Will can do it for us Aussies!
