They're not really all that different these days, f-c. What they have in common is a lack of talent, lack of ideas, lack of leadership, a lack of most things apart from self interest.

I think he's trying to say that they have ****ed the country and now seek praise for offering solutions to fix it!

Oh. I thought it was: The Labor party has so much highly questionable policy that it would be a disaster before it was declared so it backed into a corner to save our finances from becoming impossible.

Maybe I didn't read it enough times.

Keep trying

Rudd plans on calling a September 7th election. Only one week off when it was originally slated down for 6 months ago. I suspect that there must be more bad news to do with the budget in the coming months for Rudd to go now. Hopefully Australia will see through Rudd's bull**** and do the right thing by the country and vote this incompetent government out.

To respond to Bruce in the NRL thread: it is probably the single hardest loss I have had to deal with at Souths to lose Bully. Much worse than Sam Burgess as he didn't symbolise Souths as Bully did. I think a lot will underestimate just how much a loss he will be to Souths but I fully understand how engrossed he is with NZ and I think given that he will make the successful transition that others haven't.

You're on the money FC.
Both sides are so full of self interest, what I can get out of it for myself and my mates and policy that might get you elected next time around.

No worthwhile policy, no vision and definitely no talent.

One will screw the whole joint, bending over those that it should be looking after and the other will screw the whole joint over because they have their heads firmly planted up the likes of Slimhearts fat arse.

I read somewhere the other day that offshore tax havens cost the American economy something like 14 trillion dollars.
This is where Krudd should be focusing his efforts to balance the books because the same article had a heap of companies that do business here hiding money offshore.

Yep! The Libs really represent the people.

Ford fans be proud. History of Australian motor racing shows Ford has been and will always be superior. They have to slow them down when they get serious about racing. The Phase 4 scared the **** out of people, they banned it. Sierra gets called on a technicality, Falcon EF "...had its wings clipped to make Holden part of the show", AU not allowed to show it's potential, Falcon BF gets clipped. Mustang Is so good Supercars made up a rule and gets a bag of cement in the roof, and it still wins.

Its been going for the last 6-7 weeks Albie, you cannot pick up a Murdoch paper without at least 4 negative headlines.

It would be a much nicer world if people like Murdoch just ****ing died!! The prick is not fit to head anything, let alone national news networks!!

New Commodore Hey! So you used your own money? Would you like to buy a used bridge?

Everybody has been saying how terrible the Labor govt has been at managing the country, going from one crisis to another since 2010.

So it's Abbott's election to lose - he is a clear favourite.

If Labor somehow manages to win it will be a monumental disaster for the Libs - losing an unlosable election.

The only time of the year I'm on the red side.

The libs are going to cripple the NBN, get rid of penalty rates, screw over the NDIS & put Tony Abbott in charge of the country.
That's a nightmare I don't want to come true.
