My Doctor doesn't bulk bill, there are many Doctors who don't bulk bill, the people who generally go to Doctors who do bulk bill are those who can't afford to pay full fee, so what does Hockey do, punish to ones who can't afford it, he is out of touch with the less fortunate

Well, get out and protest with everyone else. It was a good family day with no "Juliar is Bob Brown's bitch" signs just concerned regular people.

Seems money can by you anything with the LNP

https://au.news.yahoo.com/qld/video/watch/23653661/ag-accused-of-ignoring-advice/

The LNP have managed to raise 30 million dollars and are now changing the laws so they will not have to declare around 95% of it.

Any wonder they are watering down the power of the CMC. Some will be facing corruption charges once voted out

...and that will only be of any significance if it continues for a long period of time as it was for the previous government.

Not when the PUP controls the senate and will be the big winner from any election. The budget needs to be blocked only twice and we have an election.

Oh my, it was a mistake by the LNP to screw Clive.

My wife is a nurse...already seems 'very unlikely' that hospitals will agree to collect Abbott's sick tax...thus people will avoid GP's and go to hospitals..... thereby stretching an already overused resource....

I suspect that this budget's effect is far greater than the carbon tax is ever was in a negative way....Abbott has never been liked and people just sense something is wrong(missing)with the guy.....

He may recover in the polls somewhat....but all the evidence shows an unparalleled level of voter anger and discontent as this budget seeks to radically widen the gap between the haves and the have not's....Block supply....bring it on!

"An unparalleled level of voter anger and discontent" yet Abbott is nowhere near as unpopular as Bob Hawke, Paul Keating, Gough Whitlam, Malcolm Fraser and Julia Gillard were.

Crazy eh!

Well.....I concede that by the end of their respective terms(look at the dates) the public were over them....how did they rate 9 months in?

Those numbers make Abbott look even worse considering his honeymoon period with the voters would be keeping the numbers up to a certain extent.

34% are probably rusted on Torries

While I agree that for some people $7 to visit a GP is going to hurt there would be some 'less fortunate people' complaining who would spend more than $7 a day on cigarettes, alcohol and junk food
