Hamilton has only had one season and he will have 3 x 1:18's already!! There will be this car that I have in 1:43, there is 'just' a McLaren car, but then there is a car commerating his first GP win and it has been developed using the prices measurements and actual aero readings from the car as it ran in Canada - that'd be pretty cool, actually.

I almost bought it in 1:8 - it's 60cm long and comes direct from McLaren. The final price for the car, delivered to me in Sydney would have been $6K. I had it in the shopping cart on the Mc site waiting for him to win the Championship....his loss wasn't all bad for some!!!

Might pop round to your place for a beer or two and distract you with a video of the Goss Jag in action and 'borrow' yours....

Just kidding... What did you end up paying for it ?

Bought my Lowndes TV 1:18 a few weeks ago from my regular dealer on Keilor rd, Essendon.

Can't believe how perfect the colour is, absolutely beautiful. Got a good discount off it too...helps when you go to the same dealer for a few years.

About $160 from memory. Not sure what the RRP was.

But I noticed that "Fellas' Gifts" Stocked them at $220!!! When I overheard a lady saying she'd buy one, I told her about the model dealer I go to. Saved her about $40 I think.
