Dunno about official clearance but SVG and Scotty were apparently hanging out for a bit of online racing together and SVG said Scotty is 100% recovered.

Good news.

100% agree laser. Scotty might even go harder at Newwy if itís all locked up at Sandown.

I wonder if the media will ask McLaughlin if he'll still go for the race win at Sandown because he's a racer?

No1 fan of James Courtney's ex-wife!

Media will hope he will race regardless, deep down they hope he DNFs so the will have something to say at Newy.

I suspect he will race and asses as they go, f he has clear speed he will go for the win if he hasn't he will go for position and secure the championship. I do think the second you back off to try and "engineer" a safe result is when **** happens, get up the front out of the pack and go from there.

If you've been following what he said all year, his plan was to build up a lead to so he can just race and not worry about the championship.

Ford fans be proud. History of Australian motor racing shows Ford has been and will always be superior. They have to slow them down when they get serious about racing. The Phase 4 scared the **** out of people, they banned it. Sierra gets called on a technicality, Falcon EF "...had its wings clipped to make Holden part of the show", AU not allowed to show it's potential, Falcon BF gets clipped. Mustang Is so good Supercars made up a rule and gets a bag of cement in the roof, and it still wins.

I need to double check but a quick head calculation has Scott just needing to finish tomorrow to secure the title. SVG needs to finish on the podium to have any chance.

23rd or above, barring any points penalties.

The graphics on the coverage were wrong. The gap is 500, not 491.

50 points for finishing 25th will wrap it up.

Edit: Fox has added the co-driver points to the main driver which is wrong. NatSoft has the correct points.
