There is a little bit of rain in the south west this morning. Always helpful this time of year.

Haven't looking in here but welcome to the young retirees club guys!

I too reached my Superannuation preservation age in July 18 but due to other reasons couldn't retire until May 19 ( at 57)

I don't know how I had time for work, my days are certainly full Now.

New Commodore Hey! So you used your own money? Would you like to buy a used bridge?

something positive? I'm still alive and kicking... well, not so much the kicking bit...

had a procedure to try to deal with some kidney stones this week which has left me a tad sore but I am grateful that I have had a job long enough that I have long service leave which will cover my week off work... and knowing that I have another procedure the same to come will also have leave to cover that.

a blessing when so many don't have a job at all.

From what I have been told, you wouldn't wish kidney stones on your worst enemy Sonic, hope it all goes well.

Cabbage juice. Cabbage, blender, glass, drink.

My dad swears by it.

Ford fans be proud. History of Australian motor racing shows Ford has been and will always be superior. They have to slow them down when they get serious about racing. The Phase 4 scared the **** out of people, they banned it. Sierra gets called on a technicality, Falcon EF "...had its wings clipped to make Holden part of the show", AU not allowed to show it's potential, Falcon BF gets clipped. Mustang Is so good Supercars made up a rule and gets a bag of cement in the roof, and it still wins.

Not today, but a positive thing in my life at the moment is my most recent purchase.

Mid-last year I finally gained a reliable and consistent employment (for a federal government agency) and within 5 or 6 months I managed to save enough to buy a Mazda3 MPS.

I've wanted one for so long; years! And I finally found one that I fell in love with. I pick it up tomorrow. I cannot wait.

good stuff Arrow... finding that 'right car' where you are comfortable makes a difference when you are on the road a bit...

have had a few of those over the years... VR Stato was the highlight I reckon...
