If Coulthard keeps up what he has done so far this year, I doubt they will give him the flick.

Based on previous Penske DNA though, that won't stop them trying to hire Mostert for one of their seats.

Chaz should take up the rumoured BMW gig though.

I am hoping Chad takes the #12 seat, then when Scotty departs to NASCAR Chad will be the lead driver at DJRTP!

If Chaz goes to DJRTP, and Scotty stays, they really should offer Fabs a big pile of cash to stay as an enduro driver...

Apparently a few people are suggesting that Chaz has already signed a deal with DJRTP, but I doubt the legitimacy of such claims. I doubt Scotty is going to the US next year so that rules out car 17, and Fabs is driving very well at the moment, so that makes it a harder decision for the team. If they went to three cars (doubtful) then that would be good. And get Pirtek on the car as naming rights.

My tip though, he'll stay at Tickford. Unless you get the option to go to Penske or Triple 8 then staying at Tickford would likely be best.

I would expect that DJRTP are planning for the next 3-5 years, they are aware that Roland also has his eye on Chaz....

True. He's too good to let go to Triple 8.

Reckon Roger might find a place for Chaz in sportscar racing while McLaughlin does his thong in V8s awaiting a stateside seat? Chaz could then come and do the enduros.

In the Acura? I doubt it. It's a bit left field, but then stranger things have happened. I think if Chaz is to be a part of Penske in 2020 then it'll definitely be in a Supercar, either replacing Fabs, or a third car, like Triple 8 did with Giz to prevent him from being signed by another top team.

McLaughlin will very likely end up in Nascar one day, but I think there's no way it's happening in 2020. Likely he'd drop into the Xfinity Series or Truck Series, which Penske aren't involved in. Xfinity I believe they use Austin Cindric, and their Cup drivers. Would they add a car for him? Probably not. I'd think it more likely he do a couple Xfinity races for them while still in Supercars before moving over there.

I'd absolutely love to see Chaz at Penske in 2020, but if I was a betting man I'd say he'll stay at Tickford.

That would be decent scenario for a year or two if Chaz wants to stay in SC's. Personally, I reckon both Chaz and Scotty should try their had O/S within the next year or two though.

Scott is in the perfect position to try his hand at some NASCAR (in whatever series) races without making the commitment. If he turns out to be no good, then he hasn't thrown away his Supercars career.

But he has made it clear, with his connection to the US through his fincee, he wants to end up over there at some stage.

Regarding Chaz, who knows. It's a complex game, Supercars.
