It is probably just the headline composer, but this would seem to indicate that the Supercar Boss thinks that last year tech won over talent. It is not my view I hasten to add.

Poor justification by Seamer for nobbling the sting last. They just don't get it do they. Just shows how one eyed they are.

So the Mustang didnít have a massive head start before the cars were leveled up? Yes Scotty is talented and probably would have won the championship anyway but no doubt the margin on track and racing would have been closer also. Maybe you guys could find Scotty a ride in a Nissan to liven things up a little!

One thing to watch this season will be how fast the latest greatest machines run by Tekno go backwards. Maybe JC can do for them what SVG did once upon a time.

Tekno's lack of results as of late comes down to driver experience, or lack of. nobody to develop a car when they're fresh out of their diapers i guess

JC should liven things up I hope, he's got all the knowledge to do so

I have been trying to get my head around the Courtney car.

My suspicions are that:

prior to 2015, it was a VF 888 Team car.

2015, purchased by CS for team 18 crashed and rebuilt multiple times.

Later upgraded by Team 18 to ZB.

A year later traded in with 888 by Team 18 for a newer car.

Then the car was refurbished by 888 as their 2019 spare and used for VCAT testing.

The Team Sydney purchased the car from 888 for 2020.

If my musing is correct, Courtneys car was originally a VF raced by 888 back in 2014.

My head hurts.

A good pick up for #55.

And Perkins to drive with Davison. Not a world beating combo, but definitely good for a podium.

Second time in his career Alex Davison's been replaced by Jack! This time I think it was probably justified though.

Did Jack get the flick from WUA or did he choose to leave?

RIP LJ - loved and never forgotten.

"It was dry for the second go-around. Grice, nervous, worrying about his Bathurst jinx, ran 2:25.9. The amazing Brock, using every last centimetre of bitumen, yet keeping the car straight and balanced and at full noise, came back with a staggering 2:20.0 as if to say: "Match that". And people just shook their heads, bit their lips and wondered who would be second".

The Peter Brock trophy is now where it belongs.

Is that a tongue in cheek Pepsi dig?

Randle to drive with Percat:
https://www.speedcafe.com/2020/02/17/bjr-brings-randle-on-board-with-percat-for-enduro-cup/

Last I read was Randle was to undergo chemo after Adelaide. Seriously hope all goes well - I know the toll that it can take.
Bit of an awkward one, has he left Tickford, but still have Skye Sands backing in Super2?

Are Tekno actually running two cars at the test? Leaving it pretty late to announce someone if so.
