Title: 1994 DJR Falcon
Post by: murph_fan51 on January 05, 2022, 06:32:00 PM
After seeing this in the liveries topic, why did DJR tape off the grill, I assume it was an aerodynamic improvement for the long straights at Bathurst?

They're still running blanking today in the cars.

Did the airbox get fed from the front air dam exclusively in those days (as they do now)?

There's been various protests of the legality of the grille blanking over the years, from memory one against 888, or they were the ones lodging the protest?
