What a load of crap.

Ford lack top speed yet Richie hit 280 at the speed trap.

Maybe Chaz should not have set his car up to dominate sector 2. He would could have won a race.

Bit disappointed that there are only 7 rounds.

I would love to see that double and an enduro added.

An extra car on grid would be good, be even better if it was Triple 8 run and a Giz/Brodie Bathurst **** you to Barry.

Sponsors walking paint a picture and that picture is not a driver with some petty issue or mental health concern. Pretty soon there will be a cut price championship winning team up for grabs. They won't let adderton buy a team but they let ****wits like this stay in the sport!

The drivers may be forced to keep their mouth shut to those out of the sport but it will hurt the team when they share their stories amongst the paddock. Hopefully their days in the sport are done pretty soon.

Maybe it is a money thing, can't see top dollar being paid for Brodie in his early years nor would they have expected championship success after a decade of **** all and a Bathurst win.

Maybe Brodie is requesting more coin or the opportunity to earn more coin as no doubt he'd feel a little underpaid now his a champion in a "parity" series as professional as Supercars.

No good people losing all their ****.

Hopefully that bonus cheque he would have received comes in handy.

Quote from: LG on December 03, 2023, 09:26:21 AMBarry Ryan's alternative seems better. The winning team keeps the no 1 spot and from 2 onwards they fight each round for the rest.

100% agree with this.

1st put bay gives the team the advantage of getting their car out of a stop before everyone else because they can see exactly when each car is released.

Since they don't issue big dollar prize money for the winning driver or team, they should give them more than a big **** you for winning the 2nd most wanted trophy in the sport!

Unfortunately, it seems big money comes and boost DJR back to the top and once it leaves so does the victories.

With finally some new wind tunnel testing and engine equalisation, maybe an equal playing field in car parity will let the drivers display their talents a little more.

History has shown, that apart from a few 2nd place years, the big money teams always make their back to the top.

Most interesting part of 2024 for me is the young guys fighting it out all year.

How old is Waters? Probably the only old fella left with potential to fight it tooth and nail to the end

Well done to Erebus, massive gamble on 2 barely experienced young guys with potential. They mentored and coached them with patience perfectly and it paid off very quickly.
