Two perfect opportunities for Ford wins and once again they ruin it for themselves and their fans.

Quote from: skaifeman on February 24, 2024, 11:19:53 AMIs there going to be issues over the cars who set their best laps whilst Payne was in the sand? Mostert, Reynolds at least?
usually as long as they don't go purple it's ignored.

I knew Kyle Busch would need to make an excuse.

I dunno, I feel Erebus are here to stay, at least for this season.  The difference is their consistency across different circuits which is impressive and proves they have an excellent engineering team behind them instead of just fluking a good car setup.

I don't get why teams keep drivers out for so long when the timing proves they are losing time to those who stopped early.
Because they need to change to hards & that would make them even slower.

Dare I bring up parity? I think the Mustangs need a bit more..
? Didn't make the drivers who switched to them earlier slower, you know the ones who were behind yet finished comfortably ahead...

Yeah why even bother with pitstops in these short races?  They're just a mess that we don't need.

Looks like a weapon out of final fantasy.

For qualy surprised at the lack of ford teams who went for fresh rubber given it was the obvious strategy. Now they only have Mostert flying the flag.

Gen 3 Camaro only exists because Supercars knows there are still enough GM suckers to get behind it and pour money into the spectacle.
which model should they have run?

I also think the significant reduction in aero where he's a genius has reduced the advantage he had over the rest of the field with Gen 3

Not too pleased about SVG's move tbh, though Chaz did squeeze him into the wall when an overlap existed.  I think the result will stand.  Enjoyed that race a lot more than the 1st.

Will be another strategy race today but good to see Ford in the prime position for today.  The field generally gets out-played by T8 though so we'll see.  Unless of course T8 kick another own goal today.

Seems like something worth protesting.  Rule is clear on the location and they were filling from the other side so questions should be asked.

Rubbish race, this track is not suitable for these cars.  Well done to SVG & T8 though.  Once again the cream rises to the top.

One issue with them being so close is it leads to boring races. Hope I'm wrong but I don't think we'll see much passing this weekend.
