Three generations of Johnsons driving three djr Mustangs at Willowbank this morning.
Dick, Steven and Jett all in #17 Stangs.

These cars are awesome - the sound, they're pretty basic and they get around.
There's been some good racing so far particularly with Herne, Seton and Kelly.

Young Junior Johnson Junior cut some laps in one last week at Qld Raceway.
I'm pretty sure he's doing the next meeting.

Darren Kane called time on his 30+ years in the sport last night.
He has had a very good career and said his heart just isn't in it any more.
His last race was the Qld Super Sedan title at Gympie which was won by his arch rival Matty Pascoe.

I haven't watched much this year but was lucky enough to tune into the last 2 races.
Jack Miller won both.
It's starting to look like he has turned the corner  with his career and hopefully will grab a lot more trophies.

Repco Supercars Championship / Gen 3

The outcome of the 'crisis meeting' yesterday with the teams really raises more questions.
Unless both homologation teams are way further ahead than we are led to believe, I still don't see how they will be racing them at the beginning of next season.
"Supercars has earmarked testing of its Gen3 car to get underway midway through this year."
Do they realise it's already mid May?
