Did anyone tip BRT for a front row lockout to start the season?

Quote from: Sonic on October 30, 2025, 08:11:53 PMwould Kye (or any of our other gurus around here) be able to put together a graph showing what the unmolested points table looks like? and if possible do the same after Sandown and Adelaide?

Some interesting points from the race result:
- First time since 2007 that Ford won both endurance races.
- First time since 2004 that Triple Eight did not feature in the top five at Bathurst.
- First time since 2000 that the podium did not feature Triple Eight, WAU/HRT, or Tickford/PRA/FPR. The 2000 podium featured GRM, DJR and Gibson.
- Payne and Tander led only 4 laps, the third lowest total for the race winner since 1994.

I have been trying to figure out why my interest in the series has waned over the last few years and, watching more of the coverage this weekend, I realise the commentary team is one of the biggest reasons. It has turned into such a wankfest.

Whether there is a parity issue or not, the way they talk about drivers who speak against the category (like SVG in 2023 and Kostecki this weekend) is a joke.

It was awesome live! The crowd wasn't huge but the atmosphere was really good, especially when the Aussies were getting up in close finishes.

What a finish!

Naughty, naughty...someone in the crowd at Turn 1 was flying a drone over the circuit. They had a talking to by security and a couple of guards are still hanging around. Thought they might have been removed from the venue.

Another new manufacturer joins the V8CFL

Less than one week before practice for the opening round of the season, the Kalyara Racing Team has rocked the V8CFL paddock by unveiling a new car and new colours for its 2025 campaign.

Having run Ford Focus RS and ST models since 2021, KRT unveiled a stunning Bentley Continental GT in Sydney this morning.

Having improved from taking the wooden spoon in 2022 to 4th place in 2024, the team is confident they can continue climbing the championship standings with the new car in 2025.

GT World Challenge Australia / Re: B12HR 2025

Very clean day today. A big engine blow-up in Combined Sedans qualifying and a couple of incidents in the Ferrari Challenge race, but nothing I saw in the 12 Hour sessions.

Bit disappointing to have only two support categories with five races between them for the weekend.

The Genesis that Jacky Ickx is demonstrating is pretty cool and Tony Quinn's Vulcan sounds incredible.
