Perhaps bring back the shorter sprint races as I've been saying for years. Even qualifying races at more events.

I am a cyclist myself and it is generally not easy to break the speed limit on roads. I'm sure most if not all of those are simply a warning to slow down.
As for not stopping at stop signs, they'd have far more success with motor vehicles.

It was well known his tyre pressures were different and took a couple laps after cool down behind SC to get the performance. The attempted pass at T2 - he said he wouldn't do any differently.
