Probably Hamilton 2009 when Jnr got pole over JC in race 2.

We had a #18, #17 at EC earlier this year.

There was a very real chance he'd never get a win in red, and before Charles in the same time period too.

There's a fair bit of talk going on about challenging for his 8th... I don't see it to be honest.
Kimi was still a comfortable second, and Lewis was helped (not defining his win though) by the VSC. One hot day doesn't make a summer.

At the very least, it's great to see that Ferrari and at stages the McLaren can openly challenge the Merc.

Unless he's guaranteed a pathway overseas (if he wants to do that), I'd be sticking around at Grove's anyway.

They won't sell Supercars events as a standalone.

The offer it with a whole bunch of unrelated sports.

It works out at about $50 each for 7 rounds.

I meant that Supercars came part of the base (and only) package. No need to sign up, and then add 'sports.'
And yes, if literally all you'd watch is Supercars, the fee might be a bit steep.

Call Skaife whatever you want, but he's ultra-competitive, and it's clear as day Team18 isn't hitting the high mark he holds of a 'factory' team (nor others on this site). This is akin to him telling Ford teams to do a better job.

Agree with this Stevo, and why Fox etc need to pay the money to keep similar sports on the one service. Apparently Supercars and NRL have quite the overlapping fanbase, and was part the reason why Fox wanted to keep them so bad. Same too the F1/NASCAR with Supercars. It means Fox/Kayo is all you need and justifies the price as you're hitting 3, maybe 4 birds with the one stone.

Once they start breaking up, ala NFL in the US, it makes it hard. Mike may correct me, but almost every NFL game, each week is on a different service? Even Disney and Netflix are buying in for certain key games.
