Would be interesting to know their criteria before commenting. A few names for sure deserve to be there. And some deserve to be higher... and some lower.

All just depends on what you find of value in a driver.

For myself, an obvious one is that at a minimum, p1 and p2 should be swapped. Having done 3 less races and still doubled the laps led of EVERY other driver in F1 does not put you below any of the other F1 competitors.

Oscar should be much higher than 23.

Lando did a great job but I think p3 is too high.

Giz @ 16, not a bad effort for driving in a small domestic series.

also quite a few names in there that I'm not familiar with and would have to see who they are and their 'claim to fame'

Oh, much subjectiveness, Sonic.  F1 drivers are weighed very heavily on this list. 

I will give them credit for creating a list, though.  There are a lot of disciplines to take into account when doing it.  It is interesting to review, though.
