Maybe, maybe they have to sand bag so they can keep parity equal for Bathurst

they should do ok as you won't be there :P LOL

life is way too quiet on the SC front. they just aren't staying in touch with the fandom at all (that I can see)... how can they hope to become the all dominating category that they keep telling themselves they are if they are not continually present in people's minds?

hopefully it will put on a good show.

Agreed. Too few races, and they really don't follow the big stories like F1 and NASCAR do. Their socials are very sanitized too.

Also...cool that it is indigenous round with all the liveries. But sick of seeing livery news.

Darwin should be a good one.

Channel 7 have not confined it 35 minutes if racing per day as they do with rounds deems to be uninteresting,  ;D

Ch 7 only play what is given to them by Supercars TV

Agreed, I'm still not a fan of the forced first nations livery. It was better when teams would do it on their own merit, it felt far more genuine.

ditto to this. just feels like some feelgood flag waving by SC sadly.

if it was fair dinkum then there'd be some element there all year. when you truly believe something you don't just do token gestures.

***the above comment is not limited solely to SC, seems many different businesses play these games

I'll say this about that:  In this aspect, the Native Australians get far better treatment than the Native Americans.  You never see anything like that over here in motorsport or any stick and ball sport for that matter.

Looking forward to Hidden Valley.  As long as Trev stays home on his couch I think the Fords will do well.   ;D

without wanting to stray off topic I hear you Mike. hearing stories over here about how they have been changing names of teams because they referenced the Indians when, if the articles I have read are correct, the names were there to honour them... we live in a screwed up world.

my last week off before return to work so I'll prob sit in and watch most of this one (if my net is working)

Qualifying throws up some big surprises. Top 10 to go tomorrow.

1. Golding
2. Percat, for reference he was dead last last year, and 21st the year before in the same respective session.
3. Frosty, proves last year was no fluke.
4. Feeney
5. Brown
6. de Pasquale
7. Reynolds
8. Slade
9. Waters
10. Heimgartner

11. Kostecki
17. Davison
22. Mostert
23. Cooper Murray, knocks off Wood and Love on debut.
