I feel that Pole should get to choose where they start though as 2nd on the grid seemed to provide an advantage.
An oval track "rule".  I like it.  The outside lane is usually the clean line, too.

What a difference a day makes!

Will Davo claims both poles and a lap in the 1.04s!

Let's hope the races don't fall foul to any questionable antics.

Tough to call Percat's leaking tyre questionable tactics! :P

Young Will Brown is well worth watching.
He's very enthusiastic and appears to be a fast learner.
Three top 10 finishes for a rookie at a track he's never seen puts a lot of other drivers to shame.
His qualifying is getting there too.
A good Toowoomba lad...    ;D

Lightning fast, but at times susceptible to a silly mistake - Super2 Bathurst for the last 2 years.
Being quick can't be learnt, avoiding crashes can. Well worth watching, as you say. He seems pretty comfy at Erebus for the moment too.

What a shocker Sunday from Anton. The DJR camp is a funny one. Anton looks more likely for race wins, but Will is the consistent one, and it shows on the Championship table.
The #11 is my early tip for next years Championship.

Great weekend all round. Rapt that Chaz took out the round. Bring on Townsville where the ZBs will fly again.😉

Of course it could be the car.
I've read here that anyone could win in certain cars.

Um, he's driving for Erebus...  ;D ;D
Look what he did in the Hyundai!

Why can't Erebus cars be the best?

Erebus is good, but in the red camp they are not Roland's cars or WAU's cars.  I'd categorize them with the BJR gang, who had a HORRIFIC Hidden Valley weekend.

Will is good, though.  Headed for the top.  A no brainer.

IMO they lack the culture required for it as well.  There's a reason their staff turnover is so high.

I was expecting him to be involved in a lot of incidents this year based on what I'd seen of him in TCR/Super2 etc but I've been impressed - he's been pretty clean as far as I can remember.

I didn't realize this until I was tallying up the V8CFL points, but of all the heavy hitters in the series, Will Brown took the extra five points in Race 3 for the fastest lap.  Just another feather in his young cap.

I was thinking the same. The Bathurst opener crash in practice didn't bode well, but he's been above and beyond ever since. Kudos to him!
