I see that the one's who really count and see everything we don't, the other drivers, voted for Cam Waters as the drivers' driver.

It would be possible to win the drivers driver award with just 2 votes. Not saying that's what has happened,  but it would be interesting to know how many votes each driver got. Or maybe just the top 3 or so.

Or maybe Cam is worthy of the Driver's Driver award. Geezus, Ford win on the track, parity must be investigated. Ford driver wins award, questions must be asked.

Of course Cam is deserving. Regardless of how many votes he got, he received the most.
Just pointing out that this award, in any year, could be won by someone getting less than the majority. So not considered the drivers' driver by the majority of his or hers peers. But getting more votes than anyone else.

Yep - interesting that until now SVG was the only driver recognised twice by that those that really count and see everything we don't see.

For Cam to be honoured by his peers the same amount of times as SVG has been - to know only he and SVG are deemed by those that count as being worthy of that title twice since it was introduced in 2015 - that is big recognition and respect...something many other current and previous lead drivers could not achieve.

2015: Lee Holdsworth
2016: Shane van Gisbergen
2017: Jamie Whincup
2018: David Reynolds
2019: Scott McLaughlin
2020: Cam Waters
2021: Shane van Gisbergen
2022: Cam Waters

That goes for almost any competition where a participant gets a vote.  :)

It's begging for a Part 2.
Great one-liner too.

Well deserved to all winners, as usual. Can't really debate any of them.

So rumours of altercation with Pye are more than rumour?  And he has been shown the door by Tickford?
